Customers can choose to either book a 10-month open gift voucher or book directly onto an event. This can be done online or via the call centre.
The website was launched in 2004 and rapidly increased in popularity, awareness and search engine position. In it's first full year (2005) the site took just under 6000 sales. With the addition of new suppliers and products and constant development through 2006, the last full year (2007) proved to be the most successful with well over 10,000 sales. A bright start and fresh new look in 2008 has seen an average sales growth of 65% compared to 2007.
